We want you to be 100% pleased with your purchase. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please check our return policy below! We do not provide return labels.
Items must be shipped back to us unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.
Packing slip must be included in return.
Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional shipping box/bag.
Store credit is the only form of refund we offer,
FREE EXCHANGE within 7 days. Must be delivered to return address within 7 days from original delivery date for a free exchange.
Please note You will only be credited via the Platform you made the purchase.
Merchandise must be returned & delivered to us within 7 days from the date you received your order.
Items returned 8-12 days after delivery date will only be credited 80% of price paid at time of purchase.
Items returned after 12 days are ineligible for any form of credit and will be sent back to you.
KEEP IN MIND WE DO NOT MAKE EXCEPTIONS FOR (OUT OF TOWN, SICK, OR ANY OTHER EXCUSE)
WEBSITE ORDERS WILL NOT BE RETURNED/ EXCHANGED IN STORE. MUST RETURN BY MAIL TO ADDRESS ON SHIPPING LABLE.
If your return is within the time window but you are unable to comply with our policy; you will only receive a partial credit.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed. Once your return is processed you will receive a notification with your store credit!
Excessive/multiple returns per month are prohibited only 2 returns accepted per month.
Jewelry, swimwear, leggings, bralettes, bodysuits (or any intimates), and accessories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned due to hygiene purposes.
All Holiday Sale items, and items purchased at a discounted price of 30% off or more are FINAL SALE
You can take your return items to your local USPS or UPS store.
